When I opened my salon, I wanted every client who walked through our door to be treated to something special: a truly delicious cup of cappuccino while they relax.
I didn’t want just any coffee. I wanted a cappuccino made for us women: smooth and creamy, not too strong on coffee, with a soft hint of chocolate and a sweet, comforting vanilla aroma. So I started mixing my own.
For years, our clients at Top Nails have sipped this cappuccino in the pedicure chair, at the manicure table, and so many of them asked, “Can I buy this to take home?”
Now you can. Every bag is mixed by hand in small batches, the same recipe our clients have loved for years.

How to make it
Your cup, your way
1ADD THE MIXAdd 2 level scoops (scoop included) to your mug. 1 scoop for a lighter cup, 3 for a stronger cup.
2ADD BOILING WATERPour in a little boiling water and stir until the powder fully dissolves.
3TOP IT UPAdd more boiling water to make about 8 oz. Taste and adjust: more water for lighter, more mix for richer.
4ICEDDissolve 2–3 scoops in a little boiling water, then pour over a glass full of ice.

Our favorite after-dark pairing
For a few months, I tested my cappuccino with many different kinds of liquor, one after another, to find the perfect match.
The one that won every time was Paddy Irish Whiskey. It blends beautifully with the creamy cappuccino and still lets the chocolate and vanilla shine through.
How we make it: Add 2 scoops of mix to your mug, dissolve with a little boiling water, then add hot water to about 6 oz. Stir in 1 oz Paddy Irish Whiskey. Taste and adjust.
